How do you unblock the small bore waste pipes from a saniflo/macerator

I do not have a macerator or blocked pipes, I simply would like to know how drainage companies unblock the small bore pipes as I can’t see how they would put rods or acids down the pipes, and it really baffles me, could some one please tell me how they do it.
The pipes do get blocked even though macerator chop the waste up into liguid, the pipes still get blocked, mainly on the bends

Have tried pouring bleach into the drainage but doesn’t seems to be working?

I have used a plunger, and bleach, and I would rather not go out and get a chemical draining fluid because thats even more chemicals and exspensive. Is there another way i can unclog my drains? They are all making noises when one is clogged or being used, which means they must all connect in my tiny apartment and the clog is in the middle of the drain.

i think my pump is blocked because the machine won’t start or spin. the water has been drained but still nothing happens
any ideas thanks?

I recently used disposal to chop up apple peelings, since then the drain has run very sluggishly and when the dishwasher runs, the sink fills with the water, causing overflow due to slow drainage. Any ideas how to speed up or unblock without my calling in a plumber?

When I do laundry, when the washer drains my bathroom sink spits and bathtub drain gurgles and there is a horrible rotten egg smell. I cut back on laundry soap and fab softener and the stinch is still lingering. Have also tried the septic treatments and nothing has worked. Have tried to check the drain vents but doesn’t looked clogged. You can hear the gurgling outside also from the vents. What is going on with my draining system? HELP ME!
